Begoña Artacho

Head of Human Resources

Begoña Artacho is the Head of Human Resources at ACLED. In this role, she leads the broader Human Resources Team, while providing oversight on all relevant business-as-usual  activities and special projects. Begoña joined ACLED in July 2025, and brings with her over 15 years of experience as a Senior HR Professional, leading HR activities in various non-profit organizations throughout her career. She holds a Master’s in Human Resources Management and Cultural Management, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology.
