John Ngono

John Ngono is the Northern and Western Africa Research Manager at ACLED. He first joined the organization as a researcher in 2021. In his current role, he leads a team of researchers responsible for data collection and review, ensuring the accuracy and quality of ACLED’s data. He holds an MA in International Affairs from King’s College London. Prior to joining ACLED, John worked with various NGOs and research initiatives focused on development and peacebuilding. His research interests include development, political violence, and conflict dynamics across Africa.
