Shanti Valls

Shanti Valls works as Methodology Coordinator at ACLED and has been with the organization since March 2020, originally hired as a researcher for several countries in Central Africa. He is part of the Methodology team and leads project management of quality assurance projects in coordination with Methodology Coordinators. Shanti holds an MA in Human Development and Sustainability and a BA in Geography, both from the University of Girona. He also holds a PGDip in African Studies from the Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona. Shanti has six years of experience working in social policy and local governance and over 2 years working at the United Nations.
